My dance fitness classes always prioritize FUN above all else. No judgements, just a good time with good tunes. I like to follow a format of half warm-up with cardio and strengthening, and half easy choreography in a very safe space with room for any questions. Be ready for a fun playlist and some simple standing moves to start, followed by some floor work for those abs and butts. Some class themes I have used in the past include Beyonce vs Rihanna, Britney <3 Justin, Purple Pain: The All Prince Work Out, Who's YOUR Diva?, Now That's What I Call Dance Fitness: A 90s Tribute, Get Me Bodied: A Beyonce-fueled Workout.
